Lost your start link?
Your access belongs to your order, not to the email. If you lose the start link, you get it again.
Check these first
- Search your mailbox for TheoriePlek or Planny, including your spam and promotions folders.
- Check whether you ordered with a different email address than the one you are searching.
- Payment not completed? Then no start link was sent yet. You can tell by the absence of a confirmation email.
Still nothing?
Email us at hallo@theorieplek.nl with the email address you ordered with and, if you have it, your order number. We will resend your start link to that address.
We only send the link to the email address on the order. That is deliberate: it keeps anyone else out of your course.
